SHINEN–
Leaders, welcome to camp. This year our theme is SHINE, and it comes from the powerful words of Jesus in Matthew 5:14–16: “You are the light of the world.” Notice something important—Jesus didn’t say you might be the light. He said you are the light. That means every conversation you have, every prayer you pray with a student, every moment you choose patience, encouragement, and love—you are shining the light of Christ into a young person’s life. Some of the students coming to this camp are walking in with doubts, struggles, and questions. But God has placed you in their lives so they can see His light through you.
Camp details including the full schedule, speaker lineup, workshop sessions, what to bring, camp guidelines, and entrance gate hours are all available in this section. Please review everything carefully before arrival so you come prepared and ready to fully experience the weekend. From check-in times to packing essentials and community expectations, we’ve provided everything you need to know to make your Young Adult Camp experience smooth, safe, and unforgettable.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden… let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
As we prepare for camp, begin helping your students understand what it means to shine for Christ. Use the four-week sermon series we’ve provided to start conversations about identity, faith, and influence. Remind them that Jesus calls them the light of the world, not because they are perfect, but because His light lives in them. Encourage your youth to come to camp with open hearts, ready to grow, build friendships, and allow God to work in their lives.
During camp, help students be fully present in what God is doing. Encourage them to engage in worship, listen closely during messages, and participate in small group discussions. This is a special time where distractions are fewer and hearts are more open to hearing God’s voice. As leaders, model what it means to live as the light of Christ—through your attitude, encouragement, and the way you care for each student.
Camp is not the finish line—it’s the launch point. When your students return home, continue to remind them that their light is meant to shine in their schools, families, churches, and communities. Follow up on the commitments they made at camp and keep creating spaces for them to grow in their faith. Help them understand that shining for Jesus is not just a camp moment, but a daily lifestyle.
Our Youth Camp 2026 merch is more than just something cool to wear—it’s a way to make a real impact. Every shirt, hoodie, and item you grab helps fuel our Speed the Light missions, sending resources to missionaries who are reaching people all around the world. And the best part?
